My classes are designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and connected to your body - without the pressure of “doing it perfectly.” If you’re new to yoga, I’ll create a supportive, approachable flow just for you. If you’re deepening your practice, I’ll help you explore taking things to the next level in a way that feels safe and empowering.
And if you’re planning a group class or event, I’ll bring the energy, connection, and grounding that make the experience unforgettable!
I specialize in beginner-friendly flows, vinyasa, yin, and slow, mindful movement - but every session is tailored to fit the people in the room.
And don’t stress about equipment: I’ve got mats and props available to rent, so all you have to do is show up and move!
