  • Married with two cats (Nutmeg & Bug)

  • Began practicing yoga in 2019

  • Completed Yoga Teacher Training in March 2025

  • Career HR professional from 2017 to 2025

  • Ended career contributing to Global HR Operations at Bain & Company

  • Wanted to get out of Corporate America to do something more meaningful and aligned with my values

  • …and now we’re here! Full time yoga and consulting!
