Here’s the quick run down on me:

  • Born and raised in Dallas, TX

  • Graduated from Texas A&M (whoop!)

  • Married to Colin in 2020

  • Proud cat parent of Nutmeg & Bug

  • Began practicing yoga in 2019

  • Completed 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in March 2025

  • Currently working toward 300hr Yoga Teacher Training to be CYT-500

  • Career HR professional from 2017 to 2025

  • Ended career contributing to Global HR Operations at Bain & Company

  • Wanted to get out of Corporate America to do something more meaningful and aligned with my values

  • …and now we’re here! Full time yoga and consulting!
